Our story began with Hin Huat Company (AS0086324-X) in 1987 by Mr Yeoh Choon Huat with two vans as a transport service provider for factories in Penang. Our primary business is manage and operate transportation service for factories in northern region mainly in Penang.

In 2006, Hin Huat Services Sdn Bhd (724630-H) was incorporated with paid up capital of RM 300K. Ms Yeoh Lay Peng was appointed as director after graduated from University of Science Malaysia with a bachelor degree of social science. After the incorporation, we injected capital to further purchase of vehicles, which includes buses and vans in accordance to the company’s direction to expand and render the best service to the fast growing industrial area which houses some of the world largest electronic companies at Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone.

In 2012, we increased the paid up capital to RM 1 million and owned more than 50 buses and vans.

In 2019 we further increased the paid up capital to RM2 million. We ordered 50 units of 44 seaters brand new Yutong Bus with more safety features to replace all of our buses that more than 15 year old to provide more comfortable and safety transportation service to our clients.
